Full description
Discover the impressive architectural feat of the Nasrid rulers, the Alhambra. At your own pace, meander through the fascinating gardens filled with fountains, hanging plants, and paved pathways. Admire the decadent architecture of the Generalife, the palace opposite the Alhambra, once home to the Granadadine kings. Stroll through to the military area, or Alcazaba, and take in the fortified sand-colored turrets. Continue your journey through the complex and encounter the Palace of Charles V, the Bath of the Mosque, and hidden walkways that lead back to the gardens.

Hard to fault. Good value, easy to book, vouchers and booking confirmation emails all arrived in plenty of time. Pick up of audio guide equip and entries to different sections of palace all very smooth. Informative audio guide via a smartphone on lanyard with comfy earpiece. Recommend a large top pocket for the phone as it tends to start working if it knocks against your body.

Don’t wait to much long in the morning to enter. Start the visit early because if not they will run out of Audioguides. That happened to us, we couldn’t arrive earlier and when we arrived, they didn’t have any Audioguide for any who asked for. They were charging and took a while to have one charged. And there was a woman from there who was absolutely stupid when we asked what was the problem. Finally we got an Audioguide not with the 100% charged and it last for the whole visit, just for you to know it. Apart from that little incident at the beginning the visit was fantastic. Absolutely recomendable.

It was brilliant! Kids' first visit and fourth for us!

The Audio Guide is such a great idea and gives you the option of seeing everything at your own pace and not at guide's pace. We spent about five hours taking everything in. Having a coffee and a snack etc. If you have less time than a knowledgeable guide is a better idea as taht way you see all the important things and you don't get lost ...!
