We stayed in Spain for two weeks and this was honestly the best day of our vacation! Pedro, the guide, was absolutely fantastic. He was so considerate and patient, which made one feel super safe but still there was lots of adventurous stuff to do. Yet there were always options for people who didn’t want to cliff jump or slide down the rocks, so you didn’t have to quit the whole tour if you didn’t want to do an activity. Pedro always encouraged everyone to try the activities but was never pushy. The canyon itself is also astoundingly beautiful. Very recommendable!
We really enjoyed our trip and would really recommend it to anyone considering it. The guide knew the area very well and we felt safe with him. We got to see mountain goats and cows on the way up to the peak as well as plants and insects not found elsewhere. You need reasonable fitness for this trip and no fear of heights as you'll be going high. The views are great though and it was strange seeing and touching snow in Spain, and in July too!
I thought the trek was fabulous, a variety of terrain and amazing views from up high. Some of the early trail we took along the ledge and stream might not be suitable for bigger people as it does get very narrow, with overhanging rock face, however there are probably alternative routes to follow. Took just under 3 hours and that was with stopping for photo opportunities. Well worth the visit, I found the trek exhilarating
Great trip with beautiful scenery and a tour guide who knew the area very well. He also took some great photos of us and sent them to us soon after the trip. Would highly recommend the trip to anyone considering it!
Bit expensive but very good experience and we have got a good guide. Started and ended exactly as per the plan. Had to walk a lot but was very good experience
