Well organized. On arrival we were immediately addressed by the organization. Our names were on the list and were crossed off. We were given a device with earplugs to be able to understand the guide well. The guide told in Spanish and English. English was easy to understand and we got to hear a lot about the history of the Alhambra. We were given plenty of time at each spot to look around and take pictures. Asking questions to the guide was no problem. He really knew what he was talking about. Seen the gardens in three hours. The Summer Palace. Palace of Charles V and the fortress. All beautiful!!! Emilio is a top guide!!

Interesting and fascinating visit as a whole.

The experience was not what it could have been due to the guide having a mixed group of Spanish and English speaking visitors. This caused the content to be limited by switching between these languages. Unfortunately, the Spanish-speaking visitors had more time than the English ones. With a homogeneous group, we would have been able to get more details about the area and the buildings. This took the edge off the visit. Poorly signposted assembly point.

Excellent guide, very bad organization before entering

We went to look for a taxi on time, 9:15 we were in the place, the entrance was for 9:30; but they just finished organizing everything in a cold outdoor place at 10 o'clock, when we went to enter the Alhambra they let us because they didn't print the tickets, so the guide took us to another place until they brought the printed tickets The guide and the spectacular tour!!!
