We will welcome you in the garden of our farmhouse nestled in the Chianti hills among olive trees, cypresses and mulberry trees. You will be able to experience the wonderful emotion of being part of a real Tuscan family for one day. Together with my wife Valentina, our friend Anna and our two dogs we will be proud to share you our traditions. We will teach you some traditional Tuscan recipes such as homemade pasta the way our grandmothers used to make it, then we will cook it together. We will also prepare a Tuscan dessert with grandmother's secret recipe. While our dessert is cooking in the oven you can sit in our garden to enjoy the appetizers. Some cutting boards will be served with various types of croutons and typical dishes, pappa al pomodoro , fettunta and many others delicious recipes created with natural and quality products from the family farm. The lunch will continue with tasting the pasta prepared together and finally two desserts will be served with the coffee made with moka. All naturally accompanied by an excellent Chianti wine.
