Booked through a 3rd party app but the company - hp - were quickly in contact with emails and WhatsApp. Pick up and drop off great (we were in central naples so we were met at Erculano station (cheap ticket and frequent trains from central Naples). Day was fab - we did not take the additional options of tour or the tickets for tourist busses but used funicular from port to Capri and local cheap busses (50 metres right from funicular) to ana Capri where we took the cable car (great views and worth it). Local busses and funicular both very cheap. Included boat tour around the island was at the end of the day and good. In summary - good value, great modern boats, Capri is a lovely day trip and we had 4 spare hours to wander around and the cable car, great organisation. Marlene as the tour host was superb - well organised and great customer service.

We really enjoyed the tour, it was a great day out. Capri is a slice of paradise after staying in Naples. Our tour guide Marlene was lovely. One thing we wish we knew beforehand: you have to pay extra 15€ for the bus to move around on the island. This had to be purchased from the tour organisers and is a separate service from the local buses. This basically gives you a day pass and sort-of priority boarding on mini-buses that go round the island. In the hindsight, this was a good thing, as we didn’t have queue or check timetable to move between parts of the island, and therefore managed to see all the things we wanted. But at the start of the trip it felt a bit like ‘hidden extra costs’ trap and I wish we were either explicitly warned about it in the tour description, or this could be included in the tour cost.

This was a perfect amount of time. The tour guides are lively and fun. It is nice to have all the special tidbits about the area

Üli mugav teenus, tullakse autiga järgi, kōik on suurepäraselt korraldatud. Meie giid Marlene hoolitses super hästi.

Amazing, very well organized and guides know their jobs. Perfect
