Full description

Start the tour with pick up directly from your hotel in downtown Halifax before heading out on a scenic, narrated drive to Peggy’s Cove. Arrive in Peggy’s Cove just in time to watch the sunset with the famous Peggy’s Cove Lighthouse (also known as Peggy’s Point Lighthouse) overlooking the Atlantic Ocean as your backdrop. Then, head to Rhubarb Restaurant, a local favourite in the area, for dinner. Rhubarb Restaurant is known for its fresh, locally-sourced food and casual atmosphere. After dinner, your guide will bring you back to downtown Halifax for a scenic, narrated driving tour through the city. Pass multiple points of interest including the Titanic cemetery (Fairview Lawn Cemetery), Pier 21, Halifax Farmers Market and Point Pleasant Park. Excellent guide! I learned about this incredibly beautiful and special area of Nova Scotia. Even though there was a little rain, it didn’t dampen my spirit or that of my wonderful guide. The ride there and back was super comfy and scenery was amazing along the way. The supper of lobster was also superb! So grateful to have been able to visit a place on my bucket list! Worth every penny!!
