Booking and redeeming the tickets was very easy. The bus tour lasted (without getting off) 1.5 hours. Afterwards we could go directly to the boat and had 3 different boats to choose from to drive. The boat tour was about 10 minutes longer than officially planned. The boatman told many interesting things about the port of Hamburg. It was a very nice sightseeing tour that we can recommend. There is a star deduction because the technology in our bus didn't work properly.

It's a great way to see so much of a city in a short amount of time. Everything worked wonderfully. My sister and I got on at the main train station and got off at the Landungsbrücken. From there we did our harbor tour, where we also got a lot of interesting facts from the captain. All in all it was great fun. We can only recommend it :)

The booking went smoothly, but the agency gave us the wrong time for the bus departure at the Landungsbrücken. The agency obviously did not use the winter timetable. So we had to wait an hour and a half for our bus to leave. We couldn't bring forward the boat trip either, since we didn't get the boat tickets until we got on the bus. That was annoying. Otherwise everything went well.
