The live presentations in the hop buses and on the boats were great, but unfortunately, at least in the buses, they should no longer be available from next year. It should also be noted that this is not a ticket for 3 days, but a day ticket that can be used on one of 3 days.

The city tour, the Alster boat trip and the harbor tour were

However, the organization leaves much to be desired. We were not informed that you first have to get the tickets for the boat trips on the bus. Not that you should take the bus ride first. So there was no need to run back and forth. In addition, the staff on the Alster boat trip did not know that the offer was available. Fortunately, the staff on site was flexible and helpful. But that should definitely be changed!

I booked online ticket and was informed that the information for stops will come over mail which never came. Vouchers were exchanged with mail printout and still no one informed about the stops. Trip started from central station and guess what it was stop no. 7 and with guide speaking in german it was chaos. We had our tickets for Miniature which was at stop 2, somehow we realised that we are not going towards miniature for which we had a fixed slot ticket. We had to get down at stop 15 or so and than catch a taxi to reach on time for Miniature. Rest turned out well after we catched the bus. Basic rule all over the world is from the point the bus starts it should be stop no.1 which was not the case. We saw lot of people getting down while we were in bus as they too realised its stop no.7 from where the bus starts.
