Incredible day trip to Ninh binh that includes hotel pick up, biking around the village and rice patties, joining a local family for tea in their home, and a 1 hour boat ride to see the caves. Alex our tour guide was the highlight of the experience, he was so nice, friendly, and knowledgeable about Hanoi. The home visit is a super fun and unique experience. The biking was so fun as well. Boat ride was relaxing. We were told this was better for a day trip than Halong Bay because it is closer. so glad we chose Ninh binh over Halong Bay. it's a must.

The tour was so much fun! There were so many interesting things we got to do in so many awesome places, but at the same time it didn't feel like we were rushing through anything. Beforehand, I was a bit worried about the intensity of climbing the 500-step staircase, but it was totally ok - anyone with average stamina can do it. Apart from all the other sights we saw, our guide Bob was also a sight of his own. Hyper energetic and very passionate about his country. He definitely added another memorable element to the trip

A great day out and value for money! Perfect balance between activities and learning about the culture. Big shout out to our tour guide Franky who was very informative and knowledgeable, but with a very relaxed manner, meaning we never felt rushed. A great tour guide!

You really need to see this! I was hesitant taking the tour because I have been visiting many places in the region but I think it was probably the best think I experienced in Vietnam.

100% recomendable. My favorite day trip in our Vietnam trip
