The hours we spent at Café Minh were a lot of fun, we learned a lot and we felt comfortable interacting with Luísa, our instructor. She taught us how to prepare tea the right way and 3 types of coffee: traditional Vietnamese coffee, egg coffee and white coffee. The explanations were very detailed, with several small tips that make all the difference in the final product. We still receive interesting information about the origin of coffee and tea as well as the emergence of egg coffee. I recommend this activity to everyone who likes coffee and culture. You won't be disappointed!

A good time in a very pretty and original place. The person who taught us the different coffees was very nice and very knowledgeable about his subject. A pleasant little experience, with a person who has a smile in a beautiful place, I recommend if you want to find some calm in Hanoi!
