Pass the hydroelectric power plant in Tyssedal as your guide tells you about the importance of water to Norway’s industrialization. Continue to Ullensvang, the fruit garden of Norway. On both sides of the fjord you will see steep mountains, and hillsides filled with small fruit farms growing apples, cherries, pears, and plums.
