Interlaken: Funicular Ticket to Harder Kulm

If Interlaken had a king, he would reside on the Harder Kulm. Take a short walk from the Interlaken-Ost railway station to the Harder Kulm Railway valley station. From there, hop on the funicular in Interlaken and climb up the mountainside. Enjoy stunning views of the scenic mountain landscape.
Once you ride to the top, check out the viewing platform which is 1,322 meters (!) above sea level. Marvel at the snowy peaks of the Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau. Enjoy the spectacular view from the “Two-Lakes- Bridge,” where you can see the sapphire-blue lakes Brienz and Thun.

Begin your tour by meeting a guide at your hotel. Then make your way into central Interlaken. Close to the train station "West", the Aare river flows into the lake "Thun". You will cross the river and visit the market square at "Unterseen", a independant community in Interlaken. On your walk together with your tour guide, you will continue heading to the "Höhenmatte", the touristic heart of Interlaken. Your tour guide will take you along to various historical and renovated buildings like the Casino and the luxury hotel "Victoria-Jungfrau". If desired, you can stop for a coffee at the meadow, where all the paragliders will be returning from their flight. You can hike up if you don't want to pay, but by taking the trolley up you save about 2 hours. The trolley is only a ten minute ride up and the views are breathtaking!
If you are visiting Switzerland and have the opportunity to get to Interlaken, this activity will leave you wanting to return to this city
