Full description

Discover Hawaii's Big Island on an ATV tour. Learn about the cultures of Fiji, Samoa, Hawaii, and Tonga, drive through a Rainbow Eucalyptus tree grove, and taste coconut water.

Upon arrival at the meeting point and getting geared up, listen to a quick safety briefing before setting off on your adventure. If you do not feel comfortable driving an ATV or are under 16, enjoy a ride as a passenger in a 6-seater UTV driven by the tour guide.  Kick-off your tour with a drive through an award-winning coffee farm and transition into a grove of Rainbow Eucalyptus trees before entering the jungle. Drive your fully automatic ATV on trails to reach Hawaii, Fiji, and Tonga. At each stop, play games to learn about each island's culture.

Finally, make your way to the last island of Samoa. Learn about traditional culture, watch a coconut demonstration and taste the coconut water. Afterward, travel back down the mountain and admire beautiful views of Kailua-Kona and the Kona coast.

This was a fun experience. I have never been on an atv before, so I was a bit nervous. But everything went well. I enjoyed our stops where we learned about some of the culture, including playing large drums, splitting a coconut, and playing a traditional stick game. The only problem was finding the place; it's quite hidden in a residential area and the location is wrong on Apple Maps.

We had so much fun (ages 53, 53, 16, 14, 12)! It was interactive and educational. We laughed a lot and really enjoyed the beauty of the land. It was fun riding the ATVs and the ride along jeep. Our guide was so funny and we felt like we had a better understanding of Hawaiian history. We went to a luau that night and we actually appreciated it that much more because we had some background. Very fun activity!

This was cool! our guides were great. They were 2 young girls who were very informed and energetic. The trails were a little rough so you can't go too fast (15 was my max speed) but it was a fun few hours. Remember to tip the guides when you're done!!!!
