Great tour and great narration. Warning - purchasing this tour DOES NOT get you on the boat out to the memorial! We were not aware of this and barely made the standby line to see the items that were clearly marked on the tour. To not include transportation for the whole tour, doesn't make sense.

It was not clear that we had to make reservations to get to the actual monument separately from our Audio tour. It made no sense. Part of the tour was out on the ship, yet there was no automatic way to get there. We were lucky and managed to get there on standby, but there were others not so lucky. That should have been explained when we picked up our audio package.

I was misled from your website thinking this included tickets to the Arizona. I think you should specify that as a disclaimer that is very visible so others like me don’t miss out on that experience! Your site says USS Arizona all over but when we went to see it we were turned away!! Very upsetting and frustrating!!
