The pickup location is at the We Know London Tourist Service counter, located in the arrival area of the Heathrow Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5. The We Know London counters opens daily from 5:30 AM to midnight. For the return, you can either drop it at the pickup location or you can return it by post from 23 countries in Europe using the included prepaid return envelope. Booking steps: 1. DO NOT BUY - there is NO pick up office at Heathrow airport and I was stuck for a little bit there. Buy a SIM card instead. It’s cheaper and easier to find one you like. Went through hoops trying to get a refund and currently waiting for it to appear in my account. GYG customer service was nice but it was a frustrating experience.
