Great tour! The length of time was good. The flow through the building and history was well-planned and interesting. It's started with a guided setup then self-guided after that. The "elevator" experience was awesome (no spoilers here!). And what's not to like about beer at the end of the tour.

In my top 3 beers in the world is Heineken.. not something I would have missed! well put together and a great gift shop, where I bought too many things :) ... well worth it

Very interesting to learn about the history of beer and the company. Entertaining and with fun activities- nothing cringy.

A “must do” in Amsterdam! The facility is amazing, our tour guide was the best!

Must see for Amsterdam - don't leave town without the visit.
