The overall experience was great. It was busy but not too busy. The ruins are definitely worthwhile seeing. The audio tour was just okay. The information provided was good but I would say it was a challenge to follow the moving instructions- that is reason for the -1 star

The guide was good overall, easy to download and use. However some parts of the Palace were closed for maintenance and the guide did not know this which made it difficult to follow. It seemed that the closure had been in place for some time, and I am sure that it would have been possible to update the guide accordingly, given that it was downloaded on a visit by visit basis.

It was great to be able to walk past the long queue (waiting in line to get tickets) and start our guided tour as soon entering. I love being able to look at the sights while getting the information. It also allowed us to avoid the more crowded spots and potentially go back to them later and then start the audio. The audio tour itself was well done: interesting and clear, some great stories.
