Go to the region's largest wholesale fresh produce market to look at the fresh water shrimp cultivated indoors. Stop at a traditional Cao Dai temple before a lunch prepared in a private home with garden patio for dining. Take a short rest after your meal, and then board a small canal boat for a relaxing journey through the quiet canals of the delta.
