I had a fantastic time on this tour. Ành showed us around the food market and explained everything very well. The boat trip was fun and relaxing, and I got to try the traditional fishing techniques. I also enjoyed the cooking class very much! The food was delicious, especially the steamed rice rolls. Hang was a brilliant cooking instructor, and told us what to do clearly and nicely. Would definitely recommend for anyone who wants to try fresh Vietnamese food!

A wonderful day. We booked this excursion spontaneously and everything worked out without any problems. The pick-up was right at the hotel and we went to the market first with another couple. Our travel companion Ahn took us through the local market and explained many local delicacies. After everything was bought, we went to the restaurant where we were supposed to cook. Before that there was a boat tour in a coconut boat. Cooking was really fun and we had a super nice and helpful professional chef by our side. The food was delicious and all in all it was a great trip. Many thanks again to everyone involved who made this day so beautiful for us. Lisa+Christian

My sister and I had an excellent time at the cooking school. First we visited the local market, then were given a ride in a basket boat (around 30 minutes). The basket boats were very fun and also a relaxing start to the class, and we got to see the "dancing boats" (and were offered the opportunity to take part). The cooking class itself was fantastic - we made 4 different dishes, all of them very tasty, and were given individual guidance in cooking to make sure we could recreate them at home. The chef (who was professionally trained) and her husband were extremely friendly. The cookery school was surrounded by a small lake amongst the palm fronds. The kitchen was spacious and exceedingly hygienic, the food we produced was both delicious and authentic. The price included transport, the ingredients, the basket boat and the cooking class, so was excellent value. Had a fabulous morning and would absolutely recommend.
