Join a full-day guided tour in Spanish from Chiang Mai to discover the beautiful temples of Wat Phra That Doi Suthep, Wat Pha Lat, and Wat Umong, enjoy a lakeside lunch, and visit the impressive Warorot Market.   After your hotel pickup, drive to the Wat Umong Cave Temple, a meditation compound on the outskirts of Chiang Mai at the foot of the national park not visited by many tourists. Walk on the picturesque grounds, learn about Buddhism, and taking amazing photos. Nex,t hed to the temple of meditation, Wat Pha Lat, in the middle of the jungle. This lost enclosure inside the Doi Suthep National Park was formerly used as a resting point for pilgrims. Now monks live in it and you will walk through its enclosure, see its buildings, meditation rooms, river, and can also talk to monks.  Ride up the mountain to Wat Phra That Doi Suthep Temple, the most important, well known, and spectacular temple in Chiang Mai. Located at the top of the Doi Suthep National Park, see its famous golden pagoda and enjoy a viewpoint that overlooks Chiang Mai city. At Huai Tung Tao, enjoy your delicious Thai lunch by the lake. This immense lake is surrounded by bamboo houses and it is where many locals go to spend the day on the weekends.  Later in the afternoon, travel to Wat Jet Yod, another lesser-known site in a district outside the old city. Hear the history of how the Lanna people protected themselves from invasions and you walk through ancient trees and lush gardens. At the end of the day, follow your guide inside the Warorot Market, the China Town of Chiang Mai, to see a large collection of local products and fun souvenirs. Afterward, return back to your hotel, arriving around 4:00 PM.
