What people are saying about Hue, Vietnam

Overall rating

based on 13 reviews

The tour is perfectly organized, but I was not satisfied due to personal expectations, perhaps too high. That is, perhaps they are too few 4 hours à Hue (we leave at 8, we arrive at 11, we go to eat, at 12 we leave for the first site of interest, so until 16.30 when we return to Da Nang). Do say, ok I was there, Hue done. But that's not what interests me. Instead there are people for whom this tour is perfect and satisfying, especially if you have little time to devote to Hue. It also made me think "thank goodness I didn't waste a night sleeping there". The majesty of the monuments is surprising, but among all the Mausoleums that are there, why just that? I didn't understand it because Vietnamese English is really incomprehensible, even though the guide was very kind and smiling. Then pagoda and imperial palace, both beautiful. If you have to choose between Hoi An (Folklore) and Hue (history), go to Hoi An, easy even without a guide.

Too expensive for the service received

We booked this tour with the hope of knowing more about the history and culture of Hué, but we were quite disappointed by the English skills of the guide. Even though he was really trying, we had difficulties in understanding what he said. Moreover, they picked us up 30 minutes later than expected because the car broke on the way.

The guide BAO was very energetic and engaged and tried his utmost to make it a great trip. There were more stops than we expected. Very good experience. Only con was that we wish the sites were a bit more clean.

Hue day tour excellent

We had a knowledgeable guide but English difficult to understand especially for those whom English is not their first language. Magnificent historical site.

The tour was very good. The guide had sense of humor. The lunch was delicious.
