Please be sure to wear sensible swimwear. This may be obvious to others but we were not aware and it significantly lowered our experience. Husband: Spa facilities and staff were all nice and friendly. Very enjoyable experience. However had to wear wet boxers entire time as swimwear not stated. No description of process led to confusion. Wife: Unaware needed swimwear, was offered cloth wraps to cover up but they were not large enough. No other alternatives available so skipped other experiences and just did massage. Staff were chatting and laughing with the privacy curtain open during massage which made me uncomfortable. Massage was not the best, although I think this may be partially due to my discomfort.

The return transfers went as planned. Although I did enjoy the spa experience, it wasn't very relaxing. The staff are not very polite, speak little English and don't really explain how things work. I was left at the sauna for a while then came out as I couldn't stand it, but no one was checking on me. I was placed in what was supposed to be a bubble bath, but they kind of forgot to turn it on... Male staff members keep walking in and out and speaking loudly and there's little to no privacy during the treatment. I have some doubts as to the cleanliness of the towels... Luckily, the lady who took care of me was very sweet and did a good job, though she couldn't speak English. Guess that's the underside to these kind of offers. Underpaid and unqualified staff. There's a lovely hairdresser right next to the spa who did my hair nicely.

Massage was great. Transport not good. Had to wait 30 minutes after the time was stated. We called up the man told us the driver had gone to the wrong location. When we asked the driver what location he was at he told us he had only just been called to come. So not that impressed.
