Each class I teach is different because I tailor them to the needs and the physical constitution of my clients (Dosha). The sessions are strongly focused on breath work (Pranayama and Shamanic). The yoga class is one hour and 30 minutes long In my classes I always include asanas, mantras chanting, and healing musical instruments to synchronise body, mind and spirit with infinite benefits to the nervous system, Shamanic practices and meditations.
