What people are saying about Iceland South Coast
First of all it has to be said how great our guide was. Siggy was knowledgeable, had some great stories and was also very funny. It’s clear how passionate he is about Iceland as he found it hard to stop talking throughout the journey (which was great). He also played some Icelandic music throughout the journey and offered us some Icelandic liquorice which was a nice touch. The locations themselves were nothing like we’ve ever seen. Powerful waterfalls, a dramatic black sand beach and a beautiful glacier which we could actually walk down to and touch. We also made an extra stop to meet some Icelandic horses! Couldn’t recommend this tour any more, and Siggy was a fantastic guide!
Excellent tour of the South Coast. Adonis, the tour guide, was very friendly, professional, and safety conscious for everyone on board. Interesting and amusing stories about Iceland. Adonis made sure that we had a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend the tour. Small bus tour, no extra bus transfer. Makes a difference to the day. Amazing glaciers, waterfalls and black sea scenery. Do wear crampons if going during winter weather with lots of snow. otherwise worth going on this tour. Thanks Adonis.
This trip was amazing ! We got to see so much beautiful scenery. The glacier lagoon was stunning and we were lucky enough to see lots of seals. A lot of travelling but definitely worth it ! Pearl was the perfect guide she was very friendly and knowledgable and made the trip interesting and very enjoyable. Peter was also amazing, driving and allowing us extra time when we were lucky enough to see the northern lights. They made a great team and made the trip.
Our tour guide was very interactive, he had a laugh with all of us and made sure to include everyone. He gave us lots of interesting facts about the history of Iceland and also told us fun stories about culture etc. You must do this trip if you come to Iceland, the sights and views are unbelievable
It's a long day but definitely worth it for the amazing views.. Be very careful on black beach the sea is wild!
