Tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. Taking this tour allowed us to get much more out of the experience then I would have gotten otherwise and Freddy was able to point out many details and nuances I would have missed. We ended the tour climbing up the duomo and the bell tower and had some great views of Florence. Highly recommend this tour.

Michele is a very knowledgeable guide. He has a very engaging way of doing things and has managed to interest even our little daughters. 10 and praise for us, highly recommended!

Our guide ("Gini") made the tour a lot of fun for my 8-year-old daughter by turning it into a game. Would highly recommend the tour and the guide.

Martina was our guide! Fun, knowledgeable, and friendly! We learned so much, that we felt we had a behind-the-scenes tour!

Martina was a great guide - linking the history and art of Florence in a very accessible way
