This tour is a must! Judy was absolutely amazing. I am not a photographer by any stretch of the imagination. In fact, I have never even had the slightest interest and have always felt that "a picture doesn't do it any justice" and that you are better off just enjoying what you see while you are there. But, this was a trip of a lifetime for us, and everyone kept asking us to bring back lots of pictures. So when I saw that this private photo tour was available, and it was a good way to see the island with a local guide, I booked it. WE WERE NOT DISAPPOINTED. Judy gave us some really great tips and tricks to take truly outstanding photos. Since being home I cannot stop looking at the photos I took, AND I have proudly shared them with friends and colleagues who have asked me if I had a background in photography! Some even said the pictures were so good they looked like they were from a movie set! This tour was truly the highlight of our trip. Book this tour. You will love it!

I booked this experience to enhance our photography skills and tour parts of Santorini that otherwise we may not see. My wife was uncertain regarding the photography part of the excursion. However, Judy made her very comfortable from the initial introductions. Judy is an experienced professional photographer and that came across immediately. My wife was using her iPhone and I was using a Sony RX100. Judy was able to explain exposure compensation, ISO, histograms, Aperture vs Shutter vs Manual and how best to use all of these to get the best photos given the lighting conditions. She was able to explain these photography basics in a very simple way and have us understand and implement them within the first hour. The rest of our tour was taking different shots and having Judy review them pointing out how they could be improved. We were also able to visit certain areas of Santorini that most tourists never get to see.

The actual bike tour was great, the electric bikes are amazing and super fun to ride. Unfortunately, the winery was hosting a wedding and we couldn't go there for the tour & the tasting. This is of no fault of the tour guide that was really nice; but we would have liked some advance warning on the day at least (as they knew this from the morning). We missed the whole winery & tasting experience which was disappointing really! We were really looking forward to that! We were taken to a local tavern instead to have a glass of wine or beer and that was it! If we had known on the day and maybe given the option of cancelling, we could have chosen a different your and went somewhere else. Again, not the bike tour company's fault, but it could have been handled a lot better.

Judy is an AMAZING tour guide! She is a very laid-back and positive person and it was really nice to sit back and relax while she drove us to so many different unique and beautiful spots! She took us all over Santorini and personalized all of our photo stops based on what we liked. We were only using our phones and she provided so much helpful info about how to get the most out of our pictures. We took this tour at the beginning of our trip and we're already applying everything we learned! Judy was so fun to spend the day with and took us to places only locals know about - we hardly saw any other tourists all day. Highly recommend taking this tour with Judy for a unique, personalized tour of the island!

The best Photo guide EVER, as well as smart, kind, and lovely.

The day with Judy was the #1 highlight of our time in Greece. She lives on Santorini and knows it so well that while hordes of tourists were on streets near us, we were seeing the same views on streets that were not crowded. We were in 3 villages, were taken to the best food at a local restaurant, learned about the island, and taught photographic tricks of the trade we did not know even though we are experienced photographers (esp. my husband). I even learned a few things that helped me take better photos with my phone... Aside from all that, Judy is kind, fun to be with, and a delight to spend the day with. Please feel free to contact me if you would like to know more.
