The Guide was English Speaking and very informative. The trip was great as there were less tourist at the Jungfrau station. It is an engineering marvel and the train ride is nice. Since it is at 11000 feet, it take some time to acclimatize. We wish we had a bit more time at the top (2.5 hours at the top is not enough to explore everything). When you pay that much it would have been good to have some more time. Finally, very important to take warm clothes even in summer. We visited in October and with the wind chill the temperature was -17oC and it was cold. At the noddle bar, the spices noodles give you a kick in cold weather.

Outdoor Interlaken is the service provider. Everything from the bus to the trains was very well organized. I would highly recommend that you go to Jungfrau in a booking like this because you travel with a group of other people that have also booked this tour with a tour guide. The guide, the bus, and the trains, including all connections were organized perfectly and on time. Jungfrau is very busy so going on your own is problematic. The groups will have reserved train carriages and are given priority. Our guide Was with us step by step. But we had our leisure time at Jungfrau as well where we could explore and tour the area on our own at our own pace and meet at a pre determined meeting spot for the return journey.

The buses left Interlaken spot on time. Everything ran smoothly. When we were at the top there were 120kmh winds and the temperature was -13, as such all of the outside areas were closed. There was still plenty to see and do. We ate lunch at Crystal restaurant. The food was but good, but not inexpensive. On the way down the mountain we were afforded magnificent views as the clouds parted. All of the trains ran to time and we were back in Interlaken on time.
