The day includes free time to explore the famous mountain resorts of Grindelwald and Interlaken, located between 2 lakes. Journey through the countryside to Interlaken in the heart of the Bernese Oberland. After orientation, continue to Grindelwald, also known as “Glacier Village.” Numerous lookout points provide stunning views of the impressive mountainscape, including the triple peaks of the Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau. Take the cable car to the sunny terrace of Mt. First, where you can rent unique and fun Trottibikes to whizz down to town (optional, not included). In the early afternoon, return by train to Interlaken, where you will spend the rest of the afternoon exploring the region’s shopping paradise. Choices on offer include regional produce, precious jewelry, and Swiss watches. If you don’t want to shop, you can visit Interlaken’s Harder Kulm mountain. A funicular will take you to the top for breathtaking views (optional, not included). Breathe in the fresh mountain air before meeting your guide for the return journey to Zurich and the end of the tour.

2. From Lucerne: Day Trip to Grindelwald and Interlaken

Depart Lucerne and journey to the magnificent mountains of the Bernese Oberland by coach. Marvel at the splendid countryside as you drive to the beautiful resort town of Interlaken in the Jungfrau region.  After an orientation stop in Interlaken, continue to the village of Grindelwald, more than 1,000 meters above sea level. Get stunning views of the surroundings, including the peaks of the Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau mountains. Use your leisure time to ride the cable car to the terrace of Grindelwald First (optional, not included). Go for a walk or rent a trottibike (a scooter-like bike without a seat) and experience the dramatic scenery from a different perspective. Then, take a scenic - unescorted - train ride back to Interlaken, where you can spend the rest of the afternoon at leisure. Browse the shops or go to the Harder Kulm viewpoint by cable car for stunning views of the surrounding area (optional, not included). Breathe in the fresh mountain air before meeting your guide again for the return journey to Lucerne and the end of the tour.

3. Interlaken: Original Eiger Jump Grindelwald

Meet your instructor for an induction and ground practice lesson at the drop zone office in Interlaken. Get geared up with a jumpsuit, harness, and goggles. After a short ride to the helicopter base, tape an interview for your video and board the chopper. A scenic helicopter ride will take you up along ski resorts Lauberhorn and Kleine Scheidegg to the peak of the famous Eiger mountain. Marvel at Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau mountains, and feel as though you can almost touch the peaks and glaciers. After surrounding the peaks, weather permitting, open the door of the helicopter, take a deep breath, and jump out! The speed will rapidly increase and soon, find yourself falling free at 120 miles per hour along the Eiger North Face. Guide the parachute to a safe landing in Grindelwald with the help of your Tandem Master, who will film your once-in-a-lifetime adventure.

4. From Interlaken: Schilthorn James Bond World Private Tour

Meet your guide in the lobby of your hotel and together, make your way to the train station at Interlaken East. From there, board a small local train for 20 minutes to Lauterbrunnen, where you will change onto a local bus. Travel for 15 minutes to the end of the Lauterbrunnen Valley, passing the Staubbach Waterfall, a helicopter base, and steep mountain walls. When you arrive in Stechelberg, change onto a cable car which runs through Grimmelwald and Mürren to Birg, which is 2100m above sea level. At Birg, your guide will lead you to the Thrill Walk, a steel structure, about 200 meters in length which hugs the face of the mountain and passes underneath the observation deck to the next cable car station. When you've reached the end, board the last section of the cable car. The gondola takes you up to 2970m above sea level, to a majestic world surrounded by mountains.  Explore the James Bond exhibition with your guide and marvel at the fascinating objects on display. Stop for lunch at the revolving restaurant which rotates 360 degrees within 45 minutes. Admire fantastic views to 'Eiger, Mönch & Jungfrau', to the lakes, and (if the weather is good) to Mont Blanc.  After this, head to Mürren, a traditional mountain village at an elevation of 1,638 m above sea level which cannot be reached by public road. This is one of the popular tourist spots in Switzerland Follow your guide from the cable car station through the village on a 15-minute walk to the train station, where the narrow gauge train will take you back to Lauterbrunnen. Travel back with your guide on the local train to Interlaken, where the tour will end at your place preferred or your guide will drop you off at your hotel.

5. Jungfraujoch Small Group Tour From Interlaken

Begin your tour by meeting your guide at the train station Interlaken Ost. The tour starts with the travel by train to Lauterbrunnen, where you arrive after 20 Minutes.  While you change the train, have a look at the famous "Staubbach" waterfall. The cogwheel railway from Lauterbrunnen to Kleine Scheidegg takes 50 minutes, where you get off. Here you will change onto the Jungfrau railway, which will take you within 30 minutes to the top. During the ride, the train will stop once in the middle of the tunnel for a scenic stop, where you will get off the train for 5 minutes.  Once you arrive at Jungfraujoch, which is 11333 ft above sea level, your tour guide will lead you through the attractions of this destination. The walking tour will take approx. 1 hour inside the tunnel system. The sightseeing tour is protected from the weather outside and easily accessible. At the Sphinx terraces and on good weather conditions, you may see the black forest in Germany! The continuation of the sightseeing will take you through the "Alpine sensation", a tribute to the construction work of the Jungfrau railway. You will continue through the ice cave to the plateau, a lovely place outside in the middle of snow. The walk around will be finished by passing the chocolate heaven from "Lindt", a small exhibition about chocolate making in Switzerland. According to your preferences, you may have lunch at one of the 3 restaruants at Jungfraujoch.  Enjoy the view, the feeling of mountains surrounding and the rough weather situations at this altitude, before your tourguide will lead you back to the Jungfrau railway for the descent to Kleine Scheidegg. From here, you will travel on the route to Grindelwald. The local train takes you within 40 minutes back to Interlaken, where the tour will end.

This half day tour runs regularly throughout the summer and is suitable for all abilities. Your guide will offer instructions on how to develop your paddling skills and will also capture your experience with lots of photos to show to your friends and family back home.   Your tour starts in Bönigen on Lake Brienz, where you will travel across the River Lütschine, heading towards the north shore, exploring beautiful cliffs, past the 12th-century Ringgenberg Castle overlooking the lake and discover hidden beaches along the way.   Also enjoy an evening trip when the waters are calmer and you can enjoy the beautiful sunset. The evening tour follows the same itinerary as the half-day tour. The session lasts three hours, of which you will spend around two hours on the water. The summer tours run from May until October. When the water temperature gets colder in October and November wetsuits will be provided.

Begin your tour by meeting a guide at your hotel. Then make your way into central Interlaken. Close to the train station "West", the Aare river flows into the lake "Thun". You will cross the river and visit the market square at "Unterseen", a independant community in Interlaken. On your  walk together with your tour guide, you will continue heading to the "Höhenmatte", the touristic heart of Interlaken. Your tour guide will take you along to various historical and renovated buildings like the Casino and the luxury hotel "Victoria-Jungfrau". If desired, you can stop for a coffee at the meadow, where all the paragliders will be returning from their flight. You will then continue by local bus and take a short ride around the inner city circle to give you the best impression of life in Switzerland. At the train station "East" , you will get off the local bus and change onto the cable car, which will take you within 8 minutes to 1322 meters above sea lever to the local peak. Enjoy the great views to both lakes surrounding Interlaken, and make a stop at the viewing platform, face to face with the alpine mountains. After spending your time at the peak, your guide will lead you back to Interlaken, where the tour ends at your preferred ending point, or, at your hotel.
