Relaxing couple of hours with great views. Meet staff at the permanent news/drinks kiosk as described. They have a red flag and yellow sign so you can see and follow them. Refreshments available on board the boat and a loo! Tannoy style commentary was ok but you can download an app if you prefer. If you have a guide book the sights are in there too - pretty obvious. We really enjoyed our trip.

Mostly, seemed well organised. Bit of a rush to get seats on the boat when we boarded. Would have been useful for the person who you had to meet near the newsstand if they had a flag with the tour on it and not just some random something. Most people had paper tickets and the girl didn't recognise my e ticket on the phone either and it was only by luck that someone said I was in the right place.

Meeting point is a bit confusing because you are looking for the name of the kiosk, but this is not at the kiosk at all. The meeting point is when you stand with your back at the exit of Hagia Sofia and walk about 50 meters in the middle. Online booking was cheaper than on-site. The tour itself, well, nice to see everything from the water, but personally it annoys me to get something turned on every five minutes
