Dakota was awesome. Picked us up on time, helped the entire day tirelessly and was personable. The machines were ok, I wouldn’t have minded a bit more speed and noticed that there were better models than we got, but ours ran all day and were comfortable. The views are spectacular, but the trail does need to be groomed and we’re very bumpy. Overall I’d do it again, but request a different version of snow mobile. These are great for beginner riders, but I like more speed and agility. These are “cruiser” models. They did provide snow suite, helmet and snow boots.
