We went on the earliest possible cruise out to Spirit Island. The cruise was amazing, spectacular views and if you go early like we did the mist over the water is beautiful. The staff are very very knowledgable and helpful. We had Jordan as our captain and she was brilliant, we even had a problem with one of the engines which meant our journey back was much slower than usual, but she kept us informed. Our guide for the tour was Claire, she was outstanding. I can’t give her enough praise, she was polite and courteous. Always willing to help and her knowledge was fantastic. Couldn’t advise going on this cruise anymore.

The captain and guide were terrific. Two sailing were combined into one sailing so the boat was full to capacity. Sadly, some other passengers were very rude talking at the top of their voices drowning out the guide’s interesting and fun presentation. Also, some passengers were very possessive about their seats. The lake is stunning. Just hope you don’t get stuffed onto a boat with boorish, thoughtless people.

Was definitely worth the money. Great cruise on the lake and our guide Liam was very informative about the history of the area. Nick our captain was great as well. Recommend this tour for sure. Will be coming back. Beauty of the lake and mountains was spectacular.
