Your day begins with pick-up from your hotel in Krakow, then a visit to the studio of a local folklore sculptor in Chochołów to admire the traditional Polish artworks and, if you're interested, buy some of the artist's works. The day will continue with an unforgettable funicular journey to the Gubałówka mountain, which stands at an impressive elevation of 1126m. Here, enjoy spectacular views of the Polish countryside. On your way to Zakopane you will experience an unforgettable time in the small village of Chochołów, where you can admire a great number of cottages preserved from the 18th century. You'll also visit their interiors to see how the highlanders used to live more than a century ago in that area. After you arrive in Zakopane you will walk through its old district to see that oldest church in the town, a cemetery at Pęksowy Brzyzek and the Museum of Zakopane Style. To discover the panorama of the Tatra Mountains you'll ride up to Gubałówka Mound with a funicular. Your guide will also show you the ski jump area and a marvel of the wooden architecture - the Jaszczurówka Chapel, which is hidden just outside Zakopane.
