Explore the old Collegiate Church of Jerez, now the Cathedral of Jerez de la Frontera, with an admission ticket to the building and its bell tower. Play the insightful audioguide in your chosen language and stroll through this elegant building at your own pace. Observe the Corinthian columns that hold up the main external facade, then step into the interior. Admire the five naves that combine classical elements from 18th-century Baroque and Neoclassicism. Watch a blend of multiple styles, combining harmony and monumentality with Gothic structure. Enjoy access to an audioguide and learn the history of this majestic site, designed by master builder Diego Moreno and built purely out of stone coming from the Sierra de San Cristobal. Climb up to the striking tower, which appears to be Gothic at the bottom and Baroque at the top. Gaze at its eight bells and two small signal bells.

Overall it was a good experience- we got weathered out the first night and had to come back to the harbour- there was limited cell phone service to arrange accommodation at the last minute. The boat was nice, food was good and guides were good. When we got redirected to spent the night in Ha Long city - it’s a bizarre ghost town and there is no food options. We headed out to La Ham the next day- weather was better and we were able to spend the night. Sena Cruises are a step up and the scenery is a more compact version of the Ha Long bay geography. I would recommend just booking the La Han experience to be sure that your tour won’t get cancelled at the last minute.
