Poor logistics and organisation. Gift shop prioritised over tour

Guides - Guide for Jerusalem was good, but was doubling up on descriptions as also was in Spanish (double up time). Guide for Bethlehem was information overload and it seemed she was trying to fill the whole time waiting to see the grotto with information (approx 1 1/2 hours). Organisation - we were 20/30 minutes delayed to get to Bethlehem due to a 20/30 minute talk on the outskirts of Jerusalem, but meant we arrived at Church in Bethlehem when it was very busy and thus waited 90 minutes there. Organisation was poor and we almost got on the wrong bus Gift Shop - we were dropped of at the designated gift shop and the next bus picking us up did not arrive for 45/50 minutes - whilst a gift shop interlude is expected, this was far longer than needed and felt very forced as the bus was not there. This was an overpriced shop. Lunch was extremely late (3pm) and From the above, this got us back to Jerusalem at approx 4 pm for a very rushed tour around Jerusalem.

very poor organization

hello, we were picked up almost an hour after our appointment. The people who were with us came from TEL AVIV. I do not understand why we had to wait for this group while we were there this to say directly on JERUSALEM. Then we had to go to BETLEEM with the traffic jams, the driver and guide changes, we spent too long waiting to see the two sites. We arrived for lunch at 2:30 p.m. on Jerusalem and only 20 minutes to eat. Then departure for the JERUSALEM visit at 3:15 p.m. and end of the visit at 5:15 p.m. While the visit to the old town required at least 4:30. We really did not have time to appreciate the sites and we had to return alone to the sites the next day because otherwise we would not have seen anything. We therefore missed the guide's explanations the next day.
