This was an amazing way to see Soweto and sight of Johannesburg. The tour guides were knowledgeable locals of Soweto with great stories to tell. This was a safe and very interesting tour. We’ll worth the $, especially since part is donated to Soweto day care.

Driver turned up 20 minutes late with 11 people to pick up and I was first was told it would be added on at the end but it wasn’t Promised 2 hours in apartheid museum this was mentioned several time we ended up with 90 minutes so was rushed couldn’t see all of it properly very disappointed Guide demonstrated his disappointment that people including me wanted to go into Nelson Mandela’s home which is an option you offer in your literature so he should have allowed time for it if it’s an option. Lunch was excellent

My partner and I did the full day Soweto tour and thoroughly enjoyed it! The guides were very pleasant and spoke good clear English. Our guide Bobo was funny, polite, helpful and took great pleasure in answering everyone's questions. Our pick up and drop off driver was also extremely polite and great to chat with both before and after the tour, cheers Mbali! Both also made us feel very safe in the vehicle on the somewhat chaotic roads. The tour itself was eye opening to say the least. We got a very first hand experience in the environment and it was quite a sobering experience. One that wont be forgotten. Both museum visits were also an added bonus as we wanted to see them. We would highly reccomend this tour to anyone wanting to truly experience all soweto life has to offer.
