Driver turned up 20 minutes late with 11 people to pick up and I was first was told it would be added on at the end but it wasn’t Promised 2 hours in apartheid museum this was mentioned several time we ended up with 90 minutes so was rushed couldn’t see all of it properly very disappointed Guide demonstrated his disappointment that people including me wanted to go into Nelson Mandela’s home which is an option you offer in your literature so he should have allowed time for it if it’s an option. Lunch was excellent
Great, knowledgeable and nice guide Nick . The only downside is that we spent a lot of time driving around to pick up others on the trip. May be an earlier time would work better to avoid the peak hour. But overall very satisfied. We didn’t have much to donate in Soweto, bear in mind when you go there !!!
Got a great grasp of the city history and culture in a jam-packed day across Jo'burg and Soweto. The very knowledgeable guide not only provided information but answered questions, as we saw old gaols, 50 story view of Jo'burg, Apartheid museum, and parts of Soweto itself. Very good.
Vincent was a very informative guide and it was very interesting to see different aspects of life in Pretoria/Johannesburg/Soweto. I learnt many things including that Soweto not a name but initials for an area created by a white majority for the blacks to live.
Om du har en dag att se Johannesburg kan jag rekommendera detta. Du får en bra inblick i landets historia och nutid. Programmet är väl späckat men eftersom det är en privat tur kan det vara bra att läsa på lite och styra själv vart fokus ska ligga.
