Your wheelchair friendly itinerary leads you along a two kilometer-long path complete with ramps and elevators created to overcome architectural barriers and make Pompeii accessible to everyone. A knowledgeable guide will lead you on a two-hour tour of the ruins, stopping to introduce you to such highlights as the Antiquarium (an interactive museum space that allows you to get acquainted with the history of Pompeii), a domus (private house typically owned by members of the upper classes), the necropolis of ...

5. Naples Underground Tour Entrance Ticket
Traveling back in time, you'll descend 40 meters below street level and emerge into the honeycombed underground of Naples and its haunting and mysterious history. On this 90-minute tour you'll see a few of the cavities excavated in the 4th century, and used as cisterns for the water supply of the city for nearly 23 centuries. The environment is spacious and illuminated, except for a short segment where there is an optional visit (each person is given a candle to light their own path). The walking surface is smooth and straight. See the air raid shelters from World War II, the War Museum, and the Hypogeum Gardens, as well as the Greek Roman aqueduct. You'll also visit the remains of the ancient Roman Theater of Neapolis, entering from the ground floor of a typical Neapolitan house. Emperor Nero kept a private dressing room here for the times he performed his shows in Naples. After thi...
Meet up directions were perfect. English was very good. The tour was supposed to start at 6pm, but started at 6:15pm. Nice tour to see what others cannot from the outside of Napoli, but it was rushed so as not to enjoy it as much. Lots of walking & stairs, so wear comfortable shoes. Very tight spaces to get through, about 1 foot at times. Nice little excursion to go on.
6. Pompeii: Archaeological Park Tour with Skip-the-Line Entry
Skip the long ticket lines on this 2-hour tour, and discover the remains of the Roman city. See ancient ruins, destroyed by the eruption of Vesuvius in 79 AD, leaving the city buried under mountains of volcanic ash. Your guide will take you to see houses and everyday items that were still almost intact when the city was unearthed. Experience this everyday Roman town, almost like it was under the Roman Empire. Highlights include the Roman Amphitheater, small theater, and public gymnasium. See places where the Romans had their fun and held banquets, and discover frescoes frozen in time, and poignant casts of citizens and their pets.
It was well organized and the guide was knowledgeable. We had a great time, and it really helps to have a guide to show you the hilights of this huge place. After the tour you can continue exploring on your own.
7. Pompeii Reserved Entry Ticket
Visit this Roman city with all its temples, theaters, homes, and public buildings. On the morning of August 24, AD 79, the Vesuvius eruption took Pompeii's 11,000 residents by surprise. The dramatic event killed the inhabitants and the city was buried beneath ash. This event created one of the most preserved archeological sites in the world today. Explore well-known sites such as the amphitheater, the Villa of Mysteries as well as the houses of Vettii and Faun, amongst others.
It's really worth going to Pompeii! However, the tickets onsite are sold for 16 EUR while I paid 22 EUR online. This is annoying. I went there on a Saturday that was supposed to be sold out (online), but they still sold tickets to visitors that did not have a reservation.
8. Pompeii: Fast Track Entrance Ticket with Audio Guide
Skip the long lines and discover the remains of the Roman city. See ancient ruins, destroyed by the eruption of Vesuvius in 79 AD, leaving the city buried under mountains of volcanic ash. Take advantage of an audio guide service to see houses and everyday items that are still almost intact. Experience this everyday Roman town, almost like it was under the Roman Empire.
Don't bother buying any kind of ticket for pompeii other than the official italian ONLINE ticket. there is no 'fast track' 'skip the queue' tickets. the only people who can skip the queue are the ones with the actual online Tickets. Not the getyourguide or any other kind of voucher tickets. also stay away from the Ticket office at the trainstation. even tho there are signs that it deals with getyourguide tickets, it is not the official Pompeii ticket office and they just waste your time there.
9. Capri: Boat Trip Around the Island and Blue Grotto Visit
Set sail from the port at Marina Grande and enjoy a relaxing cruise around the rugged coast of Capri. See the highlights of the glamorous island as you pass the historic Punta Carena Lighthouse and the legendary Bagni di Tiberio (Baths of Tiberius) near a former villa of the Roman emperor. Pass the sea caves of the White Grotto and Green Grotto, named for the color of the water and the light effects of the sun. Admire the impressive sea stacks of the Faraglioni rocks and get lots of information about the island from your skipper along the way. Enter the famous Blue Grotto through a small entrance and continue to a large cave under the sea, where you will be amazed by the intense blue of the water caused by a natural phenomenon involving the sun.
Great experience. The blue grotto is paid for apart on the boat, 14 euros at the entrance and another 20 to the boatman who was highly entertaining. The blue grotto tour lasts 4 minutes. The trip around the island lasts about 90 minutes and was very interesting
10. Pompeii: Afternoon Guided Tour
Explore one of the most important archaeological sites in Europe with your expert guide. Stroll through the ancient streets and discover more about the daily life of citizens of Pompeii prior to the catastrophic eruption of Vesuvius in 79 AD. See many important buildings and structures which were essential for civic life in Roman times, such as the new Antiquarium, the Basilica, the Forum, the thermal baths, and the Theater. Observe what remains of commercial and residential neighborhoods including a bakery and typical housing blocks. After exploring the site, enjoy the tranquil atmosphere as the sun sets over Pompeii at the end of your tour.
we chose that tour because of the excellent reviews, and also since it was limited to 10 people. Sasa, the guide was excellent. knowledgeable, attentive, with a subtle sense of humor. it wasn't only the knowledge, but also the tempo which was just right, and the way he managed to bring to life the ruins and what was once there. Small group size means you have a very different experience. no need for "flags" or talking loudly. highly recommended.

What people are saying about Campania
Driver was waiting at the pick up point and made himself clearly visible, extremely polite also. Transport was a spotlessly clean and luxurious Mercedes Benz people carrier, expertly driven. Driver loaded and unloaded all luggage at pickup and drop off. I would not hesitate to use this service again and would thoroughly recommend anyone to do the same.
It was epic! The whole experience was amazing. I wish you would offer an Amalfi coast tour that would last the whole day, to experience it at sunset. But this was great nonetheless. Vincenzo and Giovanni were great.
Everything was amazing the guide was super helpful and nice. The chairlift was great! Would definitely recommend it as well as the swimming stop. Aurora restaurant was perfect.
Although we had to wait a while for the driver due to bad traffic at the airport, the driver wad very skilled at getting us to Sorrento. Thank you.
Awesome tour. Tour leader, local leader and driver were amazing. Worth the money
