An intense day trip to one of croatia 's most renowned national parks. The stars were clearly aligned in place when I visited close to the end of October : fewer crowds, pleasant weather and less traffic that would have rendered an otherwise long journey worse. Bear in mind that this tour is harder on the knees than most, but is otherwise a very enjoyable way to spend a free day. Special mention to the guide Sandra for amusing us with anecdotes and keeping a large group engaged : the hours passed by effortlessly indeed.

A very successful experience. The guide, Blaz, whas knowledgeable and entertaining.and his explanations were good. The group was small and intimate. The lakes are beautiful and outstanding.
