This was an incredible tour and experience I will remember for a lifetime. Our guide Nirun was amazing and kept us informed and entertained the whole day! The bamboo rafting on the river was incredible (we saw tons of monkeys, and the bamboo coffee was a cool experience). The highlight was definitely the lake tour on the long tail boat, with stunning views and much fewer crowds than I would have expected given how beautiful it is. Lunch was delicious and very generous portions of bone-in fish and chicken curry. Would highly recommend!

If you ever get tired of the beaches this is a must do day-trip. It’s a bit on the expensive side, but if you have the budget for it you’ll get to experience some of the most breathtaking views Thailand has to offer. The limestone cliffs on the Cheow San Lake is worth it on it’s own. We had Ran as our guide, great guy! If we had more time in Khao Sok we would probably spent more time at the lake and done som trekking through the jungles.

Ran was the best guide ever! He made of the trip the most amazing of our vacations in Thailand. We asked to have him in the rest of our excursions and luckly we had him also the following day to James Bond island. Cheow Lan is a magical place in nature. Lunch was the best we had in quality, and the place (floating hotel in the lake) was stunning! Would repeat this trip again without a doubt, and recommend everyone to do it =)
