Really enjoyed this! There was a guide, and music. It was relaxing and 3 hours was about enough. Lots of photo opportunities on this ride and, despite how many people were on the boat, there was still plenty of room to move around. Location is central and check-in was easy. Too bad there is no on-site parking though, but a few blocks directly north is a couple of parking garages (pay parking not owned by the tour people).

Everything was good except a few things like there is no cold tank available on the third floor and we have to go to the second floor to get it or to buy it from there , the song was too loud and boring, the voice of tourist guide wasn’t clear that much

We really enjoyed our experience on the boat. Make sure to get there early to get a good seat. The captain went around and talked to everyone and was very funny. You can tell he loves his job. We didn't do the brunch which we might try next time. We would recommend this event. The only thing I would change is put the volume higher when they announce things as it was hard to hear with the noise of the boat going. Other than that, everything was perfect.
