Here, you will fly over incredible cliffs, powerful streams and waterfalls which have been closed to the public since 1999. Take in the dramatic ridgelines of the Ko‘olau Mountains, and see the views of places completely inaccessible by car. In addition, your aerial expedition will take you above Kāne‘ohe Bay known for miles of sandbars and crystal clear waters. End your tour at the fabled North Shore to catch the surf breaks. Here, you will see world-famous beaches and maybe even see surfers gliding across the tops of waves.

3. Oahu: Sunrise & Full-Day Island Photo Tour with Small Group

An experienced guide will pick you up at the Waikiki location and then head to the east side of the island for sunrise. On the day of the tour there are 4 different locations to choose from depending on the season. This small group tour (limited to 7 people) brings together the Sunrise Tour’s first stop and the best of the Island Tour.  After sunrise there is a stop for a quick breakfast at a local bakery before heading to the North Shore. Along the way learn about Hawaiian history, culture and geology from a nature guide. Each location stop is dramatically different from the the others. Locations include landmark sites and hidden scenic areas along the windward coastline and in the Ko’olau mountains.  Each day is different depending on season and weather. There is a lunch stop (no-host) on the famous North Shore. Experienced photo guides lead small groups on this visual road trip adventure. Guides assist or teach basic photography skills with any camera or smart phone. Although this is a photo tour you do not have to be a photographer to enjoy the tour. All skills are welcome. Many people only bring their smart phones. Any experienced photographer will appreciate the unique locations. During the day there are twelve stops allowing you to enjoy and capture the beauty of Hawaii. Locations include lava rock beaches, sandy beaches, vistas, lookouts, Hawaiian temples, mountains, off-shore islands, 150-year-old banyan tree, surfing beaches and a good chance to see the Hawaiian monk seal or green sea turtle.  Heading back to Waikiki we see the Wailua coffee farm and miles of pineapple fields. At the end of the tour guests will have experienced the best of O’ahu scenic spots, learned about Hawaiian history and culture, eaten at highly rated local’s restaurants or trucks, and captured the beauty of Oahu in stunning photographs.  

Kaneohe: Kaneohe Bay Coral Reef Kayaking Rental Adventure

4. Kaneohe: Kaneohe Bay Coral Reef Kayaking Rental Adventure

Embark on a kayaking adventure on Kaneohe Bay and explore one of Oahu's most beautiful areas with this kayak rental. See a variety of local wildlife, and explore the coral reefs in the bay with provided snorkel gear. Admire the beautiful scenery while traveling through the bay, and enjoy the freedom of an adventure at your own pace with no guide. Set aside at least three hours to get the full Kaneohe experience, but take as much time as you'd like in the bay with the freedom of a self-guided adventure through the bay. Meet the rental staff near Waihole Nursery where all of your required gear will be waiting along with the rental staff. Launch the kayak into the bay after receiving all of your provided gear. Paddle all the way out of the bay to get past the shallow area and reach the closest coral reef after about 15-20 minutes of paddling. Enjoy the best snorkeling on the reef along the outer edges of the underwater coral islands. Choose between paddling around the reef, swimming, or snorkeling, and use the provided kayak leash to keep the kayak nearby. Take the chance to paddle to other nearby reefs as there are several in the area. See the location where they filmed the “Hukilau Cafe” and Waikāne Pier scenes in 50 First Dates off to the left about 15 minutes kayaking north of the launch location. Spot different species of wildlife while exploring the reefs, and potentially Hawaiian Green Sea Turtles as there is a large population living around the reef. Finish the adventure when you wish, and return to the launch site to return your rental gear.

Join a guided journey departing directly from your Honolulu hotel and marvel at your surroundings with a scenic drive and horseback ride. Start your day with a lovely drive while hearing the history of the island. Cross the Nu’uanu Pali Highway to the windward coastline. See the picturesque Ko’olau Mountain Range and Chinaman's Hat Island from afar as you head to the famous North Shore. Ride a horse up scenic mountain trails, through open pastures and a serene rainforest. I highly recommend this! My kids (14 and 10) absolutely loved this as did my husband and I. The views are spectacular. Jordan, Ethan and Tink were our guides and made the experience wonderful!!!

Most amazing time and so much fun!!! I highly recommend this. I was bit scared at first but the staff was AWESOME and made me feel at ease. Definitely make this part of your experience!!

Wonderful experience 8 zips just right amount will be too tired if over. Require some arm strength would not recommend to 57 years old mom with no arm strength at all.

It was an awesome experience, we had a great time. Staff was knowledgeable, very helpful, and funny.

Guides were terrific and coolest Zipline experience!!
