Get picked up from your hotel in Krabi and enjoy a scenic drive through rural villages to Baan Nai Nang, in the north of Krabi. Meet the crew at Wang Toh Tao Pier, where you will undergo a short health check-up before boarding the traditional wooden long-tail boat. Start cruising with your knowledgeable local guide through a maze of mangroves surrounded by natural waterways that are connected to the Andaman Sea. Just a few hundred meters from the pier, watch the guide lay a crab trap in the sea. Continue to the northernmost area where you will spot the ‘Ghost Mountain’, a limestone rock that is said to feature the face of a ghost. It's now time to change to the smaller and more maneuverable kayaks. Start kayaking along waterways that lead into a spectacular narrow canyon that is flanked by towering cliffs on both sides. Scores of steep, bizarrely shaped rock formations stick out from the mangrove forests, adding to the dramatic scenery.  Return back to the boat and visit the Cave Man Window, a cave that can be accessed only by foot. Inside the cave are several short ladders, on which you can climb up to an opening, offering a fantastic view across the bay. Continue to the southern tip of the Khao Garos mountain range. On the way, spot some impressive ancient wall paintings. At midday, enjoy a Thai-style lunch at the hidden beach of Hat Makham. Here you can take a refreshing dip in the water and relax in the shade of the trees, with a fascinating view over the Andaman Sea.  Next, it is time to learn about the life of the local fisherman. Head a few hundred meters away from the shore to meet the fishermen and find out how they catch fish. After this unique local experience, head back to the pier and check out the crab trap. Take some photos with the fishermen's catch, before being dropped safely back to your hotel.
