After getting picked up at your hotel in Krakow, head to the notorious Auschwitz-Birkenau concentration camp. Here, explore the grounds in the company of a licensed tour guide. Skip the lines at Auschwitz I and enter directly into the camp where you will experience the living conditions of the prisoners and feel the enormity of the atrocities perpetrated upon them. Afterwards, head to Auschwitz-Birkenau II. Embark on a guided tour of the site and visit gas chambers, barracks and the railway platform where prisoners were unloaded. Later, drive to Wieliczka and break for lunch before beginning your tour of the salt mines. Enjoy a guided tour of the historic underground chambers of this UNESCO World Heritage Site. Walk along the 3-kilometer tourist route located 135 meters underground. Experience the health benefits of its special climate and its micro-element filled air. This tour was so hassle free. We got picked up at our hotel and brought straight to the Salt Mines where our guide gave us our tickets and we joined an English speaking tour line. The guide was very knowledgeable and the tour was interesting. Then our guide met us back at the car and drove us to Auschwitz where we had a guided tour with an excellent tour guide called Agnes. Its a very sobering experience. Overall we had a very positive experience on this tour.

Would definitely recommend this trip, you get picked up and dropped off at your hotel, the van was spotless and very comfortable and the driver was very friendly. There is no waiting about to be picked up after the tour the driver is always waiting for you before you are finished. The sites themselves are definelty worth visiting.

Bart our driver was at the top and pleasant waits for us in front of the hotel door, drives us, takes us to the access of Auschwitz with skip-the-line tickets join a group and our guide, waits for us to take us to Birkenau and then drives us to the mines where he leaves us free time by advising us on restaurants while he gets the tickets for the mine And takes us in the line for the visit of the mine and brings us back to Krakow in front of our respective hotels! Info given beforehand I registered late but To very responsive who warned me of the pickup time. Our guide in Auschwitz very well, the mines also but hearing reception worse. So it is certainly more expensive than going there by yourself but 1 / qd there are no more tickets available at Auschwitz, this is THE solution 2 / possibilities to do more in less time 3 / vans of 8 people 4 / "private" excursion 5 / total comfort Perfect!
