After a 1-hour and 15-minute journey, arrive at the Auschwitz I Museum and embark on a walking tour with a certified educator. Explore the remains of the Nazi camp's barracks, watchtowers, and crematoriums. With the help of the provided headset, listen as your guide tells about the ghastly Nazi crimes committed in the camps and hear stories of the everyday lives of the prisoners. Next, continue the walking tour at the Auschwitz-Birkenau II Memorial. Witness gas chambers and the remains of the railway which transported prisoners to the camps. Extremely sobering experience. One that should be taken atleast once In your life! We wanted the self guided tour which we got at Birkenau but in Auschwitz itself due to unforeseen circumstances we had the actual guided tour which was informative, The private transfer guide was full of information which was useful and the two hours we had strolling around Birkenau and soaking up the atmosphere of such a place was plenty to take in the information and get to feel thankful that we never have to go through even a fraction of what those brave souls went through. Toilets at both places and can grab some food and drink at Auschwitz itself. Highly recommended tours.

Driver called that he had to pickup another car and that he was 15 min late. No problem and he made up for it! On the way uphe told is a lot of good information. We spend a 4 hour in Auschwitz and he waited for us in the aeria. He drove us also to the train ramp before going to Birkenau. Again very good info, drop off and pickup at the step off the entrance and with SMS communication he was waiting for us when we walked out. Safe trip back, tired but well taken care off. Really worth the booking and the ride with this guy!
