Meet some locals, see what village life has to offer and shop for some souvenirs. Take a trip up the mountain Gubalowka, ride in a funicular and experience the natural surrounds. From the top of the mountain you will have a beautiful view of the Tatra Mountain range. On this trip you will be able to view the ski jump hill, which is used for the Grant Prix Ski Jump Competition.  This mountainous journey will take 2 hours to drive depending on traffic. An amazing trip and excellent value! Kamil, our driver, picked us up from our hotel at exactly the arranged time and was courteous and helpful. The journey took nearly 2 hours during which we saw some Polish countryside and the wooden village and various churches along the way. The bazaar had some lovely local produce and the view of the snow capped mountains was definitely worth the journey. Thank you!

Our guide Jakob gave us a great insight into the beauties of the Tatra Mountains. The tour was well organized and is definitely worth a trip! In addition to a cable car ride in Zakopane, you can stroll through traditional and commercial markets in Zakopane. Fantastic even in winter!
