Kazimierz is a historical district of Kraków and Kraków Old Town, Poland. Since its inception in the fourteenth century to the early nineteenth century, Kazimierz was an independent city, a royal city of the Crown of the Polish Kingdom, located south of Kraków Old Town and separated by a branch of the Vistula river. For many centuries, Kazimierz was a place of coexistence and interpenetration of ethnic Polish and Jewish cultures, its north-eastern part of the district was historic Jewish, whose Jewish inhabitants were forcibly relocated in 1941 by the German occupying forces into the Krakow ghetto just across the river in Podgórze. Today Kazimierz is one of the major tourist attractions of Krakow and an important center of cultural life of the city. Together you are going to delve into a unique ambience of Cracow's most bohemian part of the city with its countless of cafes , magnificent food and vibrant nightlife. Through Vistulas boulevards you are going to drive on Segways right into the heart of Kazimierz.

Excellent activity would highly recommend the company. Our guide Matt was excellent, not only was both his English and his knowledge extremely good but he was also very flexible about where we wanted to go within the Krakow area and what we wanted to see. Overall a good value for money activity which was a fun way to see the Jewish Quarter and the city. For anyone who hasn’t used them before they are very easy and safe

Really great tour

We were lucky enough to have a private tour. After a short briefing, we should be ready to go. We got a glimpse of the old town and then we went to the Jewish quarter. The guide spoke German very well and left us all the time in the world, so that we could look at churches or get a typical snack. The tour went a little bit longer than planned and we really had a lot of fun. Can only be recommended!

Our guide kindly took our group on Independence Day. Although it was very busy in the Old Town, the Jewish Quarter was quieter & we got to grips with the Segways fairly quickly. This was a pressie for our friend’s 50th & we all enjoyed it!! Arto was very knowledgable & patient. Would recommend this Segway tour & it is easier than it looks!!!!!
