This was the trip that I had hoped to take at some stage in my life and this Thursday I achieved this goal. I arranged my ticket via the website and the price was really competitive and it could t be more easier. When I arrived at the collection point I was a little confused so went a day earlier to check it out so that I knew exactly were I was heading for. That was a good plan as to be honest it’s at the rear of the massive shopping centre Galeria Krakowska and is situated at the top of the escalators on the bus station on (stand one in my case). The journey it labels took 1.5 hours and unfortunately the toilet on the coach was locked in both outward and return journeys so it is advisable to use the toilet in the shopping centre before boarding. All in all this trip was excellent and heartbreaking (auschwitz) also. Excellent and efficient service throughout this booking and excellent communication throughout Recommended!.

The meeting place was easy to find and the driver friendly and knowledgeable. He provided tips alongside the guidebook for what to look at once inside Auschwitz and Birkenau. It was a highly interesting and informative trip, which thankfully wasn't quite as harrowing as I had envisaged although nothing can prepare you for the hair and the shoes. It would have been nice to have a little longer to read the vast information in Auschwitz but otherwise I think it is ideal for those wishing to have a non guided trip.

Just a problem tickets received at 8:40 p.m. the day before in a format not readable on the phone we had to call France to obtain them in PDF format and then we had to find a place to print them since apparently the bus does not only took printed tickets. Therefore when you are abroad it is not easy. I think e-tickets on the phone would be much easier. Last point the driver not very pleasant.
