Good activity worse local transport company

Very good activity, the Salt Mine is a must see if you are in Krakow. However, I am not happy with the local company "Cracow local Tours". It was important for us to get away early and not be away much longer than 4 hours. I carefully chose the turn which had start time 09.00 and activity length 4 hours. After I booked and paid, pick up time came at 09.50. We received minimal information on how everything would go during the day by our driver. Once we arrived at the mine we were 10.30am then we were told that we had no guiding until 11.30am. The tour in the mine takes about 2 hours, the information we got to find out when we were on site. Our driver told us that we will see you at the car after the tour is finished, then also the guides in the mine were not left by you down in the mine and you can explore the last chambers, eat lunch / coffee and buy souvenirs watch movies etc. Because of this, our company returned later to the car where we others were allowed to sit. Great morning out just 15 mins from centre of Krakow

Great trip. Driver late picking us up due to increased traffic - Global Environmental Summit. Couldn't be helped but we were waiting for about 30 mins to be picked up. Tour of the mines was great - lots of walking and not for those who are claustrophobic. Good guide very interesting. Annoyingly one of our party managed to lose their bearings and they were 40 mins late back to the car. Driver dropped us back in the Jewish Quarter which was good of him. Overall a good trip but a little pricey for what it was.
