Explore Zakopane, the skiing capital of Poland and the most popular holiday resort. See the Chocholow village, featuring traditional wooden houses built by the local highlanders years ago. Spot the beautiful and historically famed wooden chapels.  Krupowki is the main street of Zakopane. Mee locals and see what village life has to offer as you shop for souvenirs. Take a trip up the mountain Gubalowka on a funicular and experience the natural surroundings. From the top of the mountain is a beautiful view of the Tatra Mountain range. See the ski jump hill, used for the Grant Prix Ski Jump Competition. Take a break from the crowded city and go on a rafting trip down the beautiful Dunajec River. The traditional wooden rafts pass through Pieniny Gorge with towering cliffs and limestone formations amidst forests and mountains. View the spectacular high summits of Trzy Korony at 982 meters and Mt. Sokolica at 747 meters in the Pieniny Range, nestled in the protected national parks of rare flora and fauna. See the wonderful wooden church of St. Michael Archangel's from the 15th century in Dębno Church, which is listed by UNESCO.

Fabulous day. The rafting was very relaxing. Shame the raft guides only spoke polish but they were still entertaining. Zacopane was lovely and the view from the top of the mountain stunning. Mariuz was our driver for the day and excellent. We expected it to be a coach trip but it was a private car. Highly recommend!

What a great day out. This is a trip everyone who visits Krakow area must do. The scenery is amazing, the water is calm but still exciting enough sailing over rocks. Safe for kids and the raft guides are super entertaining. But they only speak Polish. So if you want to understand all the awesome jokes then bring a Polish speaking translator, you will pee yourself laughing. The booking company was great and the driver Milosc really cared about us all and made sure we had the best possible experience. He was very knowledgeable and tried to make the day unforgettable. The vehicle was super luxurious and the long drives were very relaxing and comfortable. If you are in the krakow area, then you must do this tour.

Our driver Thomas was simply superb & spoke fluent English & explained everything so well !! The mini-van was clean & comfortable for the 4 passengers . Rafting was so lovely & the only down side was our aching bottoms sitting on the wooden plank style seats as it was a two hour ride down the river . Zakopane was really lovely with the funicular tickets provided & sufficient time to enjoy the town etc .This was a 12 hour trip door to door & absolutely GREAT -THANK YOU THOMAS !
