Since I landed late at night I didn't want to be bothered with figuring out how to get to KLCC. When I arrived, the driver was waiting for me with a visible card with (the old) GetYourGuide logo and my name. He seemed extremely tired given the late hours, but was very professional and polite. Overall I got exactly what I was looking for.

100%, I found the team waiting at arrivals for me with prime waiting spot so no difficuty finding them. Fadzil was kind enough to give me so much information on Malaysia history, places to visit ... the most enjoyable taxi ride ever. A fantastic introduction to Kuala Lumpur Thanks Fadzil and team

Don’t expect as someone will wait you in airport w/your name ,you have to find the point where you ll meet someone and after that wait another hour while he /she will take you to the tour driver .After long flight waiting in airport for your transfer isn’t to good thing

Travelled with my family , we are a family of 5 . The youngest is 4 yr old , so the last thing I wanted to do was to look for a taxi that would fit my family and our luggage’s in one car. They made it very painless and easy for us to get to our apartment.

We were met by someone at the airport. asked to have a seat and wait around for a while. About 15 minute later, met by Mr. Manickam and driven to hotel. He is an excellent driver and very communicative. Told us a lot about Kuala Lampur etc.
